Business Development Manager @Softech Solutions

Softech Solutions is looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing enterprise B2B SaaS Digital Spark™️. Your goal is to help Softech Solutions grow revenue in the SEE Region by finding new opportunities, researching leads, establishing relationships with potential clients.

You are a natural leader that knows how to get things done in a fast-paced international environment. You have a can-do mentality, are creative and excel at creating new business opportunities. You know how to motivate and coach your team to set them up for success. You are a good listener, approachable but firm when its necessary.

Key skills and experience required include:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar role in an international oriented environment;
  • Extensive working experience in B2B Sales is required for the position;
  • Proven track record in enterprise software license sales;
  • A creative thinker who’s not afraid to share ideas and give (and receive) both positive and negative feedback;
  • Digital-minded and tech-savvy;
  • Understanding of the value of digital transformation and omni-channel;
  • Ability to understand the Business needs and customer-oriented at all times;
  • Identify existing and new opportunities in the relevant market(s);
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written in English;
  • Responsible for developing new Accounts;
  • Support preparing documents and information for RFPs;
  • Use CRM for monitoring business KPIs;
  • Educated to a degree level in a related discipline
  • Win clients and profits;
