Softech Solutions is looking for Head of Lead Generation for our fastest growing B2Bdivision.
As our Head of Lead Generation, you are responsible for managing our B2B team and building our fast-growing B2B division in line with the company’s strategy and brand vision. In this role, you will report and work closely with our Founder, Operations and Product Development department.
- Translate our B2B strategy to annual goals and targets;
- Determine priorities and implement a structure to maintain strong support to all our B2B clients and relations;
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and optimize the sales process;
- Support and guide our international clients;
- Plan and manage B2B marketing activities;
- Focus on meeting commercial targets and are driven by improving KPI’s, gross margins, and EBITDA.
- Provide Weekly, Monthly and Annual reviews of our overall and regional performance by division.
- You have a minimum 3 years of working experience in sales position within startup eco-system;
- You have experience in a scale-up or fast-paced, dynamic business environment;
- You have a BA or Master’s degree specialized in commerce, marketing or business management;
- You have a proven successful ability to lead a team towards growth and enhanced revenue, with strong leadership skills and confidence;
- You possess strong communication and sales skills;
- You are self-motivated and driven, with a tremendous entrepreneurial spirit;
- You are flexible and available to travel internationally;
- You are fluent in English
